Today we are going to be doing Reiki to jump start your day!
Do you ever wake up and feel anxious or nervous about your day?
Are you an active participant in co-creating your day? Or do you just let your current thought patterns and beliefs guide your day?
Join me in co-creating your day with positive affirmations and Reiki!
If you aren’t actively co-creating your day, then you are letting your current thought patterns and beliefs guide your reality. So, if you have a constantly recurring experience or recurring feeling behind different experiences that you aren’t fond of, this is a sign that some active co-creating can help shift theses experiences to ones that you are fond of. Any negative feeling is a sign that you are out of alignment with Source. Getting back in alignment with Source, shifting your beliefs to those in line with Love will allow you to live a happy, joyous life no matter the circumstance.

Get comfortable. Sit up nice and tall. Elongate your spine. Close your eyes and start to focus on your breath: the inhale and the exhale. Let go of your to-do list. Let go of expectations. Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment. Follow along with me. Keep your eyes closed and bring your hands to your lower belly. On your inhale, feel your lower belly rise. On your exhale, feel your lower belly fall. Inhale, lower belly rises. Exhale, lower belly falls. Inhale, lower belly rises. Exhale, lower belly falls. Bring your hands now to your rib cage and on your inhale, rib cage rises. Exhale, rib cage falls. Inhale, lower belly and rib cage rise. Exhale rib cage and lower belly fall. Move your hands now to your heart. On your inhale, lower belly, rib cage, heart rise. On your exhale, heart, rib cage, lower belly fall. Continue to breathe like this. Take a full three-part breath. Allow your breath to move through all three areas of your body. The slower your breath, the slower your mind. Take two more breaths like this. Inhale, lower belly, rib cage, heart rise. Exhale heart, rib cage, lower belly fall. Inhale, lower belly, rib cage, heart rise. Exhale heart, rib cage, lower belly fall. Return your breath back to normal and release your hands. Mentally repeat these affirmations after me as I beam you Reiki.

Thank you Reiki for guiding me to always stay relaxed, present, and mindful, to have the courage to stand in my Truth and to find joy in every moment.
